Green Chillies
Green Chillies, also known as Hari Mirch, are a popular vegetable in Pakistani cuisine. They are small, slender, and usually green in colour, although they can also be found in yellow or red varieties.
Green Chillies have a spicy and slightly bitter flavour, with varying levels of heat depending on the variety. They are often used in Pakistani dishes like “Aloo Keema” and “Pakoras”, as well as in chutneys and pickles.
Green Chillies are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and potassium. They are also believed to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
